Rayan Ayari
Founder
Rayan orchestrates RAIIS's overall strategic direction, blending advanced financial theory with practical product requirements. Formerly Deputy CRO at True Wealth—one of Switzerland's largest fintech—he also took on increasing responsibilities in Asset Management at Migros Bank. Rayan is completing a PhD in financial econometrics at Zeppelin University (including an exchange in financial mathematics at the University of Oslo) and holds a Master's in Economics from the University of St. Gallen. Rayan ensures RAIIS's strategic vision by blending advanced financial theory with real-world product demands.
Nikola Gander
Co-Founder
Nikola drives RAIIS’s commercial strategy, forging high-value partnerships and scaling revenue. Drawing on investment structuring and buy-side research expertise, he positions RAIIS as a trusted partner for asset and wealth managers. As the founder of Valmont Venture, Nikola led Business Development at Aisot Technologies and developed tailored solutions for institutional clients. Previously, at LGT and at GenTwo, he crafted compelling investment narratives and led sales & marketing initiatives. He ensures RAIIS delivers innovative, client-focused solutions.
Doga Alkan
Co-Founder
Doga spearheads technology at RAIIS, creating robust, scalable solutions for advanced financial analytics and data-driven insights. He is completing a PhD in Operations Research and Computational Finance at the University of St. Gallen and holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from the same institution. Furthermore, he is affiliated with the ZF Center for Sustainable Research at Zeppelin University. Doga ensures RAIIS remains at the forefront of robust, scalable financial analytics and data-driven insights.
